The administrative processing of your order is done in Brazil, but the products are shipped by our global logistics partners and suppliers.

•Customs Fees: As per our Shipping Policy, celaremode is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP).
•Risk of Loss: Once the goods are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

celaremode is provided by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store will be made directly with celaremode. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and celaremode.

The jurisdiction for resolving any doubts or issues arising from these Terms shall be the Court of Prudentópolis, Paraná, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
