UNIAO A G F COMERCIO LTDA currently ships exclusively to the United States of America (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK). We do not deliver to Brazil or other countries.

2. Order Processing and Origin

The administrative processing of orders is carried out from our headquarters in Brazil (Rua Presidente Tancredo Neves, 534, Prudentópolis, Paraná). However, the products are shipped and produced by our global logistics partners and suppliers.
Processing Time: The standard processing time is 48 business hours (two business days) from payment confirmation.
Operating Days: Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding Brazilian national holidays.

4. Carriers Used

We utilize a network of renowned international carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery, including, but not limited to: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and international postal services (such as USPS and Royal Mail) in partnership with our suppliers.

5. Import Duties and Customs Fees (DDP)

UNIAO A G F COMERCIO LTDA is fully responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges for orders shipped to the USA and the UK.
What this means: The price you pay at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged for additional fees upon delivery. This service is known as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

6. Order Tracking

All orders, regardless of the shipping method, include a tracking number.
The tracking number will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be updated in the carrier's system.

7. Delays and Delivery Issues
