This Refund and Return Policy governs the process for exchanges, returns, and refunds for products purchased from celaremode.
1. Return Period
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of products due to withdrawal or regret within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
2. Conditions for Return
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
•Be in the original packaging.
•Show no signs of use, washing, or modification.
•Have all tags and accessories intact.
•Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Request Process
To initiate the return or exchange process, the customer must contact our Customer Service (SAC) through one of the channels below, providing the order number and the reason for the request:

4. Return Address (Global Logistics)
Due to our global logistics, where products are shipped by partners and suppliers worldwide, we do not have a fixed return address.
•Upon approval of the request, our team will provide detailed instructions and the specific return address for your case, which may be a partner distribution center in the USA, UK, or another strategic location.
•The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product for shipment.
5. Return Costs
•Withdrawal/Regret: Shipping costs for returns due to withdrawal or regret are the customer's responsibility.
•Defect/Store Error: If the return is motivated by a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or incorrect size (store error), the shipping costs will be fully covered by celaremode.
6. Refund
After receiving the returned product and verifying that the return conditions have been met, the refund will be processed.
•Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation of receipt and inspection of the item.
•Method: The refund will be made using the same original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Exchanges
If the customer opts for an exchange, a store credit voucher will be issued for the value of the returned product so that they can make a new purchase on our website.
