Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;

  • It must be returned in its original packaging ;

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or email) must be provided.

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be sent to the address indicated at the end of this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines;

  • Intimate or sanitary products;

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases;

  • Gift cards;

  • Downloadable software products;

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use;

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records;

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again;

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;

  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is completed.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift card will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift , or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
